So, we've been to a nice littel ice cream parlour today and enjoyed the food, sitting in and relishing the summerly weather. Besides ice cream, they also serve several variations on filled doughnuts. The ones with the hole in the middle (just to not confuse them with "Berliner" pancakes, which are also filled, but have no hole). The really looked like tiny cakes rather than doughnuts. And, of course, we could not resist to fetch some with cream and fruits and chocolate bits. Space and time are quite two common topic in electronic music. In a few weeks, a new festival will take place, that makes space-time the theme of the day. Consequently, the event is called "Raumzeit". On tonight's show you'll get the impression of four of the artists playing live at the festival, namely BatteryDead, MaEasy, Matzumi, and Stefan Erbe. It's still enough time (sic!) to make plans to visit the event, its entry is free of charge! And to round off this episode, we have some very nice tracks from 2011 releases by Visible Breath and Weldroid.

So summer in Europe was reduced to one day this year. Well, saves quite some money and energy for all the ventilation systems. Maybe, syndae has helped as well by producing so many relaxing shows lately. Tonight's edition is no big excempt, as we're onto some more traditional and slightly progessive sounds. syndae is an independent podcast on electronic music of ambient, space, new age, harmonic, traditional, progressive, and rhythmic style, not directly including electronic dance music. The goal of syndae is to make aware of fine electronic music, by providing enjoyable episodes with well known and not yet well known artists from around the world, and to promote events of the electronic music scene, by dedicating episodes to selected artists of such an event. Host of the show is Stefan, an enthusiast of electronic music, who likes to spread the word and sound of synth.
